Dispute resolution processes

The Dispute Resolution application is a sophisticated solution designed to assist with the majority of tasks, timelines, rules, document outputs, data collection and reporting requirements associated with any commercial dispute resolution activity. It integrates seamlessly with existing systems so that users do not have to ‘step outside’ the product to review or update information in practice management, document management, CRM or other systems. It also includes a significant number of template documents which can be both automatically generated or created with additional user input, the creation of standard court forms and the facility to launch digital dictation software pre-populated with the correct client/project codes.

The solution also enables knowledgeable workers to mange and select the activities they wish to complete. Depending upon which phase a particular case is in, the ability to select either single tasks or integrated workflows and processes will change.
