FloSuite Executry/Probate Solution

We have developed a best practice-driven, pre-built FloSuite Executry/Probate Solution which manages the relevant processes from end-to-end, controlling the flow of information from Partner to Fee Earner to Executry/Probate Manager to Legal Executive/Paralegal to the Finance Team.

Executry/probate processes, which describe the events and tasks that must be managed when a person dies, necessitate the case-based management of a range of tasks and data and offers great opportunity for streamlining and automation whilst still providing users with the flexibility they need. The FloSuite Executry/Probate Solution consists of four main phases: Investigation, Realisation, Exhibition and Finalisation. The case console allows pending workflow-driven tasks to be completed as well as 'available tasks'. These available tasks will change dependant upon which phase a case is in and provide users with the flexibility to complete the relevant activities, which could be a single item or invocation of a workflow/process, in the order which is required – or indeed to run them multiple times if appropriate.
