FloCase, our generic Case Management framework

FloCase® is our Case Management framework which can be used to accelerate deployment of many types of Case Management Solution.

It enables faster configuration of solutions for case-based work-types, enabling organisations to deliver a range of targeted Case or Matter Management Applications using one solution framework.

Organised within a tabbed interface, FloCase includes a structure for management of tasks, key dates, contacts, documents and reports.

Unlike ‘fixed function’ or ‘packaged’ Case Management Solutions, FloCase can be extended and adapted using FloSuite’s design and configuration tools, which are encapsulated within Microsoft Visio.

User interface options

Access to FloSuite Solutions can be provided to your user-bases via a Web Client, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft SharePoint®, directly from existing Document Management System interfaces – or other options that may be more convenient, depending on your particular user requirements.

FloOffice

FloOffice® provides a targeted user interface where users can access FloSuite solution elements from within a familiar, Microsoft Office and Outlook working environment.

Third Party Integrations

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we offer integrations for a range of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

We also offer integrations for a range of third party products used for Financial and Practice Management, Document Management, CRM and other solutions.
