By underpinning our solutions with FloSuite's agile framework, they retain the ability to be easily adapted and extended, or evolved in line with changing requirements in the future.

Pre-built Case Management solution

FloCase provides a pre-built, but easily configurable, Case Management solution which can be used to accelerate deployment of case-based work-types.

Organised within a 'tabbed' user interface, FloCase includes a pre-built application structure and graphical User Interface for the management of:

  • Tasks
  • Key dates and KPIs
  • Contacts, documents, CRM
  • Questionnaires and audits, including short-audit logic to boost efficiency
  • Licensing/permits/certifications
  • Workflow and reporting
  • Mobile case working - work ‘offline’ where access to Internet connection not guaranteed, or not secure. Synchronise when reconnect 
  • Other aspects of managing a case/project

Legal Services - Billing App

The Billing App manages all aspects of the billing life-cycle electronically, to deliver an efficient, user-friendly process that improves bill quality and throughput. Manages initial request, bill creation (including streamlined editing and pro-forma work), posts to the PMS and stores copy in the DMS. Plus, graphical KPI dashboards for multiple roles - secretaries, partners, revenue teams and senior management.

Fire & Rescue - Prevent + Protect

Prevent + Protect is an industry-focused implementation of our Mobile Case Working Solution (FloMobile), offering a pre-built application to support the efficient delivery of community/residential and non-domestic safeguarding, prevention and protection services. It supports teams in working effectively both in and out of the office, with job management, online/offline synchronisation, audits/questionnaires, CRM/contact/doc. management, workflow & reporting.

Fire & Rescue - Hydrants

Hydrants Management is an industry-specific implementation of FloCase which enables Fire and Rescue Services, and other partner authorities, to efficiently plan, manage and track provision and maintenance of water hydrants, their associated assets and resources, and related payments. It provides a full case management solution for jobs, tasks, CRM/contacts/documents, workflow and reporting.

Cross-industry - HelpDesk

HelpDesk offers a case-based IT issue tracking & management solution, allowing you to log and manage 'tickets', automatically send/receive notifications in line with status changes, store documents and contacts, and monitor SLAs through KPI displays and alerts. HelpDesk also integrates with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, enabling automatic creation of work items for development teams.

Cross-industry - Self Service

Web-based application where employees can view and update their personal information, with notifications triggered when changes are made. Provides access to contact details, contracts, payments, training & development, holiday entitlement & time management, and includes approval workflows for the submission and processing of holidays, absences and training requests. Can be accessed via suitable browsers using Web-enabled devices.
